Meet our Team
Tomasz Cierpisz - CEO
Tomasz, with a master’s degree in electronics engineering, is a respected specialist in advanced communication systems and a highly experienced electronics expert. He has successfully implemented several of his digital connectivity solutions in the mining industry in Poland. Outside of his professional life, Tomasz is an avid sailor and guitar enthusiast. He runs a guitar museum and is a collector of guitars from around the world. Tomasz is dedicated to the continuous growth of the company and the development of its employees.
Dariusz Głowacki - Vice President
Dariusz is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in software engineering, database management, and hardware programming. He actively contributes to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he also delivers sermons. In his limited free time, Dariusz is passionate about gardening. He is highly supportive of the team, always finding time to share his knowledge with others.
Magdalena Jankowska - Board Assistant
Magdalena ensures that the company functions properly. She specializes in collaborating with the finance and shipping departments. Magdalena diligently and efficiently meets all challenges, even under significant time pressure. Even if she doesn’t realize it, she brings a lot of warmth and smiles to the office. Magdalena has a passion for ambitious and independent cinema (the less known the film, the greater her interest). She is also a connoisseur of fine wine and enjoys traveling to warm, exotic destinations. Although she claims to be a great cook, there is no evidence to support this.
Dawid Stachniak - Head of International Sales
Dawid is a dedicated professional with extensive international experience who has elevated our overseas expansion to new heights. He is responsible for managing international relations and acquiring global clients. Dawid actively participates in field testing of our devices and is known for surprising colleagues with intriguing facts and successfully integrating the team with his excellent hot dogs. Outside of work, Dawid is passionate about assembling gaming computers, a retro gaming enthusiast, and a watch collector.
Maciej Burzyński - Design Department Director
Maciej is a physicist by education and a specialist in 3D design. He is an experienced technician with expertise in advanced field testing. Known as the company’s “handyman,” Maciej is a true enthusiast of an active lifestyle, especially in its most extreme forms. He actively participates in paragliding, climbing, skiing, cycling, and kayaking. He tends to talk a lot when not asked, but when sought for advice, he listens quietly.
Wojciech Wylenżek - Head of Hardware Development
Wojciech is the most talented hardware engineer on this side of the galaxy, specializing in PCB design, radio frequency systems, and prototype design and testing. He is also an expert in device certification. Wojciech is known for his exceptional helpfulness and politeness towards colleagues, always ready to assist. In his free time, he is passionate about automotive technology, mountain hiking, and photography. He claims to be good at table tennis, but when invited to play, he often says he doesn’t have the time, so this remains a company legend. When Wojciech is away from work for more than a few days, his colleagues start to panic.
Marcin Gawron – Head of Software Engineering
Despite being the youngest in the team, Marcin is an exceptionally talented programmer. He develops software for our devices, is responsible for implementing new solutions, and conducts research in the field of radio technology. Though he may be a perpetual grumbler and quick to take offense, Marcin embraces new challenges with enthusiasm. While others might hesitate at the prospect of new solutions, he is the one who says, "Let’s do it!" A connoisseur of fine coffee and an avid watch collector, Marcin finds great joy in working on computers, though what he actually does remains a mystery to us.
Marcin Zdziarski – Electronic Engineer
Marcin is an emerging electronics engineer currently pursuing his studies. He is highly dedicated and hardworking, specializing in the design of testing devices and Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS). As a hobby, he engages in 3D modeling. Marcin is known as the office specialist in offbeat jokes and pranks, and each of his meals at the office is a sort of ritual and engaging event. He is also a collector of t-shirts with unusual designs. He performs best amidst sparks and clouds of smoke.
Kamil Bubalik – Production Electronics Technician
Kamil is a key member of our production team, involved in the manufacturing process of our devices from start to finish. Highly skilled manually, he performs wonders with a soldering iron. Kamil is also very experienced in operating and modifying 3D printers, and he is responsible for producing most of our device enclosures. Kamil is the biggest traveler among the team, venturing to places that others might never consider. An avid motorcycle traveler, he also actively donates blood, always on Thursdays, mysteriously ensuring he has Fridays off.
Łukasz Kostecki – Production Electronics Technician
Łukasz is responsible for overseeing all production processes, excelling under pressure, and is known for completing work in seemingly impossible timeframes. He conducts the initial testing of devices right after production and is also in charge of quality control, ensuring all devices meet high standards. With a master's degree in zoology, Łukasz is a great animal lover. Additionally, he serves as the company DJ, setting the musical tone in the workplace, and his appearance gives a good hint about the type of music played. In his free time, Łukasz passionately participates in various historical reenactments.
Karol Filipski - Production Electronics Technician
Karol has extensive experience in communications, telecommunications, and telephone exchanges, having worked for years at a communications center in a mine. He is a person you can always rely on. Any task entrusted to him is completed with the utmost precision. Rock Solid! Karol is a lover of cooking and traveling to the Baltic Sea. His calm demeanor and full concentration allow him to perform his duties flawlessly. He is also the only person in the world who sets classical music as his phone ringtone.
